Midway City

Central City

Central City is a hotbed of metahuman activity. Metahumans were created when the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator released an explosion of Dark Matter all over Central City during its grand reveal. The Flash, a speedster metahuman, takes it upon himself to police metahumans and help the city. It is home to Central City Citizen (previously the Central City Picture-News) and the Flash Museum.

National City

National City is well-known for its superhero Supergirl and Cat Grant's CatCo Worldwide Media. Hidden in the city is the Department of Extranormal Operations (DEO) who Supergirl works closely with while dealing with threats against the city. The city is also well-populated by aliens and this comes under contention with racism and fear against aliens after they become more well-known under the Alien Amnesty Act. The leaders of this racism are the Agents of Liberty led by Ben Lockwood, otherwise known as Agent Liberty.

Coast City

Star City

Star City is well-known for Queen Industries, the Green Arrow, and the Black Canary. Ever since the arrival of the Green Arrow, the city is a hotbed of turmoil over vigilantes and vigilante justice, especially because of the Green Arrows beginning when he originally killed his targets. One major pro-vigilante activist was Mayor Oliver Queen, who by the end of his term in office was ousted as the Green Arrow. He was later brought into a program where vigilantes got to work on a Task Force with the police to help root out crime.

Metropolis

Metropolis is most well-known its famous superhero Superman. It is home of the famous newspaper source the Daily Planet, previously known as the Daily Star.

Gotham

Gotham is a hotbed of criminal activity with the Mafia, greed, corruption, and other general crime. With the help of vigilantes like Batman, Robin, Batwoman, and Catwoman, the city is kept from self-imploding. It is also the home of Wayne Enterprises.
